About Us
Yoga classes at Sapling & Sprout are lead by certified instructor Ali Mazzeo, and run about 45 minutes, including a 15-20 minute immersive, story-based kids yoga class followed by yoga-inspired games and songs.
Each session weaves engaging narratives that spark creativity while teaching fundamental yoga poses. As children journey through tales, they develop focus, flexibility, and mindfulness in a fun, supportive environment. Perfect for nurturing both physical and emotional growth, these classes encourage collaboration and self-expression, fostering a love for yoga that lasts a lifetime.
Join Ali for a unique experience that transforms traditional yoga into an adventure for young minds.
Our Classes
Mommy & Me Yoga (Ages 2-4)
Join us for a fun and interactive yoga adventure designed especially for little ones and their grown-ups! Our Mommy & Me Yoga classes create a warm and welcoming space where children (ages 2-4) can explore yoga through imaginative, story-based adventures. Each week offers a new, seasonally themed experience incorporating playful yoga-inspired games, simple stretches, breathing exercises, and creative stories. This class is perfect for children who feel most comfortable with their grown-up nearby and is a wonderful way to bond, move, and have fun together. While the class is geared toward ages 2-4, all ages are welcome, including older or younger siblings who might want to join in the fun or simply tag along!
Kids Yoga (Ages 3-7)
Embark on a playful yoga journey designed to spark imagination and build independence! Kids Yoga classes are perfect for children ages 3-7 who are ready for an engaging, story-based yoga adventure all their own. Each class introduces new, seasonally inspired themes and blends yoga-inspired games, breathing exercises, fun coping techniques, movement, and stretches to help little ones get their wiggles out while building mindfulness and focus. While this class is tailored to independent kiddos, all ages are welcome, and younger siblings are invited to tag along or participate as they like.
